If you want to create substantial results in your life (Lose Weight), knowledge is not enough.
There are three levels you must go through to master any new concept or idea.
Level One: Cognitive Understanding
You know something needs to change for you to lose weight.
You understand that you suffer from low energy and or high body fat because of individual choices you make (Eating Irresponsibly or not eating at all, Not getting sleep, Not working out or showing up for your workouts).
Level Two: Emotional Mastery
Now you feel the necessity or applying yourself to make this change real. You also feel in your gut what will happen if you don’t succeed at making these critical changes.
You feel this cant go on and that something has to change, you become determined to make a change, and you do something specific to show that you made the change.
Level Three: Physical Mastery
You show each week and day consistently for yourself.
However, it’s not until you commit and consistently repeat this new behavior, where it becomes a part of your body and your identity, that you see the massive shift with your body and your ability to lose weight.

What are the two things you need to do each week to show the commitment and focus you need to lose weight?
1. Prepare & Plan If It’s Important To You:
When are you going to work out?
When Are You Going To Eat?
How Much Are You Going To Eat?
What do you need to do to make sure that happens?
Monday – Sunday (You Should Have A Plan)
2. Track Your Compliance:
So…You have 3 Meals a day, that’s 21 meals per week. Only 15 were healthy? That’s 71% Compliance.
Want to work out four days per week, but you show up to 2? That’s 50% compliance.
Want to get 8 hours of sleep each night? That’s 56 hours of sleep each week. You only get 6 hours a night (42 hours per week) that’s 75% compliance.
No wonder you are not where you want to be.
This stuff cannot and should not discourage you because those are the same thoughts that keep you stuck.
If you engage with the right behaviors and goals, you will move closer to what you want.
