These 3 tips will help you show up for yourself & create a consistent workout habit so you can look and feel your best.
- Prioritize Yourself: You are so important and valuable. Make sure you take care of yourself before you take care of everyone else. The 80-year-old version of you would really appreciate hearing that advice.
- Keep Perspective: With Stress, it’s so hard to muster up the energy to move. We just want to sit on the couch and watch a few hours of TV every night. Unfortunately, that does not move us closer to our goals. Remember it’s not always supposed to be, and everyone hits a snag in wanting to workout at some point in life. Be Stronger Than Your Reasons!
- Remember that this doesn’t need to be perfect. Sometimes just showing up and getting a sweat in can make all the difference in how you feel throughout your day. Most importantly, to burn fat, you need to burn calories. If you are not competing in something, its ok to just show up and get a decent workout in.
My hope for you is that this content helps you get past your “STUF” and show up for yourself. After all, this is important to you for some reason.
